Lessons may be rescheduled online from My Account when the scheduled start time is more than 24 hours away.
Each booking includes one free self-service reschedule; additional schedule changes require assistance from Skate On 8's.

Rescheduling keeps your original payment on the booking — you are never charged twice and no second package credit is used.
Cancellation
Customers may cancel a booking online from My Account more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

Payments are not automatically refunded when a customer cancels. Contact Skate On 8's if you need assistance regarding an eligible credit or exception.
If Skate On 8's cancels a paid lesson, you do not lose the value of your booking — we will restore your credit, reschedule you or arrange an appropriate resolution.
Late Arrival
Students arriving more than 10 minutes late will have their lesson canceled.
Students should arrive on time and ready to skate.
The missed lesson will not automatically be extended or moved to compensate for the late arrival.
No Call / No Show
No-call/no-show lessons cannot be rescheduled.
The customer must make and pay for a new booking if they would like another lesson.
Progression Packages
Progression package sessions are prepaid lesson credits, not a recurring subscription.
Redeeming a package credit creates a normal scheduled booking with no additional payment.
Credits stay tied to the package they were purchased for and its group size.
Academy Membership Terms
Monthly Billing
Skate On 8's Academy memberships are recurring monthly subscriptions and automatically renew each billing cycle until canceled.
No Rollovers
Monthly Academy session credits and Members-Only Open Skate credits do not roll over.
Unused credits expire at the end of the applicable billing cycle and reset when the next billing cycle begins.
Reservations
All Academy Group Sessions and Members-Only Open Skate Sessions require reservations.
Reservations are subject to availability and class capacity.
An ALL ACCESS membership provides unlimited eligible reservations but does not guarantee availability for a specific class, date, or time.
Membership Discounts
Private lesson discounts apply only while the qualifying membership is active.
SKATER+ members receive 10% off eligible private lessons.
ALL ACCESS members receive 20% off eligible private lessons.
Cancellation
Customers may cancel their recurring membership to prevent future renewals.
Cancellation does not retroactively refund previous membership charges.
Membership access remains active through the end of the already-paid billing period unless otherwise required.
