Membership Terms
Before You Join
Monthly Billing
- Skate On 8's Academy memberships are recurring monthly subscriptions and automatically renew each billing cycle until canceled.
No Rollovers
- Monthly Academy session credits and Members-Only Open Skate credits do not roll over.
- Unused credits expire at the end of the applicable billing cycle and reset when the next billing cycle begins.
Reservations
- All Academy Group Sessions and Members-Only Open Skate Sessions require reservations.
- Reservations are subject to availability and class capacity.
- An ALL ACCESS membership provides unlimited eligible reservations but does not guarantee availability for a specific class, date, or time.
Membership Discounts
- Private lesson discounts apply only while the qualifying membership is active.
- SKATER+ members receive 10% off eligible private lessons.
- ALL ACCESS members receive 20% off eligible private lessons.
Cancellation
- Customers may cancel their recurring membership to prevent future renewals.
- Cancellation does not retroactively refund previous membership charges.
- Membership access remains active through the end of the already-paid billing period unless otherwise required.
